Mr. Cluck has represented a variety of businesses, including banks, ranches, and new car dealers and made appearances before the Texas Motor Vehicle Board. He is a credentialed mediator with the additional family law mediation certification. Mr. Cluck was named to the “Who’s Who in American Law” in 1997. Gov. Rick Perry appointed Mr. Cluck was a public member for the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2011, where he served the citizens of Texas on several committees. Mr. Cluck was born in San Antonio, Texas. Continuing his family’s ranching heritage, he is an avid ranch/cowboy historian, chuck wagon cook and cowboy poet.
