Daniela Virgen is a bilingual attorney originally from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Daniela is a passionate and result-oriented attorney who has achieved strong and very favorable settlements for her clients. She focuses her practice on understanding clients’ goals and values to better suit their needs in litigation.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019. Later, she attended St. Mary’s University School of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2022.
While in law school, Daniela was a brief writer and oralist for the St. Mary’s Law National Moot Court Team. She was also a research assistant for Professor Genevieve Fajardo at the Consumer Protection Clinic of the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniela represented injured clients in their personal injury cases and settled over 215 cases.
