Pat was in born Plattsburgh, New York, July 6, 1951. She joined the firm in 1985. Pat took a leave of absence from 1989-1994 while her husband served as head of English Language Training at Yokosuka Facility in Japan. Upon returning, she re-joined the firm where she practiced until her husband took the position in 1998 as English advisor to the Romanian Ministry of Defense. Pat practiced international law with Altheimer & Gray in Bucharest where she concentrated on insurance, e-commerce and telecommunication law. She re-joined this firm in January 2002. |
